It’s too bad I couldn’t leave 0 stars. Ugg has stolen over $200 from me. I purchased over $300 worth of items only received a third of the items ordered and payed for. Ugg refuses to do anything about it !!! This company has no conscience. They treat their customers like dirt. I am so sad. I don’t have money to waste. I was purchasing Christmas presents for my grabdkids now I’m out over $200 and have nothing to show for it. Do not do business with ugg!!!! They will rip you off.

My daughter brought me a pair Uggs last year and I got a hole in the front. I called Uggs customer service and I talk to Ellie and she told me what to do as far as sending them to the warehouse. She never told me about the renewal department. So I just received an email after a long wait to here from uggs and they denied my uggs for a credit. Stephanie said it was pass the warranty which I was not aware of a warranty. I asked how would I have known about the warranty on them she said I wouldn't known that it's a f number on them that the company would know. As much money we paid for Uggs this is unprofessional. I normally buy at least 2 pair of uggs for my daughter every year at this time I will no longer wear or buy Uggs again.

Bye-bye UGG
While UGG’s are famous for the shearling wool and they are comfortable, comparable are LL Bean’s shearling wool slippers. Plus, LL Bean offers free shipping. You would think spending $100.00 +, UGG would offer free shipping. Not so much!! I ordered my UGG slippers a week ago and they still haven’t arrived. I ordered slippers from LL Bean and they arrived in 4 days w/FREE shipping!! Bye-bye, UGGS.

Ordered 2 pairs of UGGs and they decide to send them to an access point pickup location that they literally had to drive passed my home to deliver to. Gas is $4.34 a gallon and the store is now 12 miles away. Rather than deliver my package to my home. 2 days until Easter and 3 days until we leave for vacation and we don't have our 188$ sandals because you couldn't tell me you don't deliver to residences. My friend warned me about your company and she used to be a big buyer but she warned me and I still tried to give you benefit of doubt. They were supposed to be delivered a week ago. A week ago. Shame on UGG. never again. I will be removing the other 5 pair in my shopping cart. You should WARN PEOPLE YOU DO NOT DELIVER TO RESIDENCES. TELL CUSTOMERS U MAKE THEM PICK UP THEIR ORDERS AND IF YOU DON'T THEY GET RETURNED. TELL CUSTOMERS YOU SELECT WHERE THE LOCATION IS THAT THE CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED TO PICK UP THE UGGS. BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Collaborations add flavor
Got the Tschabalala Self collaboration recently and the ugg x feng chen wang sandal the last year. I will say that Decker needs to up its manufacturing game or quality control. My Self boots were fine as where the tabouret collaboration boots, but the wang sandal booties where twisted on their base and had to be exchanged. I would want more details about the products and video of them in use. Lately client videos and pictures are not loading to the site so review do not have that level of input due to site failures. The free shipping is the best and the way the collaboration boxes are archive quality.

This company is too big and has been around for too long to not be able to handle their transactions correctly. I bought the clear boots with 2 pairs of socks for my wife for 203.30 on march 14th today is march 16th and they charged me AGAIN for the shoes. Gas is $4/gallon and I have no gas to get to work now. I called customer service and they played dumb saying they only charged me $117 when my bank statement clearly says 203.30 on march 14th and then again on march 16th. Get your sh** together UGGS. Didn’t offer any help just kept repeating themselves then asked to speak to someone else and got put on elevator music hold for a while until I hung up. Pathetic excuse of a company.

Recently walked in to the store at Chesterfield St Louis store to purchase new boots ! I didn't even get in the door when 3 African American employees started screaming at me that I couldn't come in without a mask even though the mandate is lifted !! They were so rude In front of other customers it was ridiculous ! I will never buy UGG Boots again I am fully injected and a booster had my injection card in my wallet it's my choice if I wear a mask not theirs !!! Get better staff ugh not loud rude ones I have seen their behavior in there before to busy all standing in a huddle and ignoring the customers !!

they use UPS to deliver my package, which is the most garbage delivery company. Thus, I am in trouble with receiving my package. I paid $15 for the shipped fee, why did you still choose UPS? !!!!! This is the last time I would buy UGG online!! never, and ever again!!!

Have been waiting for nearly a month for a refund on a return. No responses to several emails, unable to get through on the phone or even chat. I contacted PayPal yesterday so maybe they can help. But as a longtime Ugg customer this will be the last time I order online directly from them. There appears to be NO customer service.

If I could give zero star I would
I have never received my +130 dollar package which was delivered to some random person out there. Once I filed a claim I was told that since someone had signed they could not do anything about it. I called fedex who told me they would reopen the claim If UGG asked but they did not want to. So now I have just completely lost my +130 dollars.., last experience for me with them. I can’t believe this is legal…. Avoid at all costs!

Very, very disappointed. Waited 3 months for them to put the wrong color in the box
Waited since November for the ultra mini Ugg’s is the color ANTELOPE. ( only reason my boyfriend ordered me them was bc I LOVED the color. ) so here it is February 7th And the Ugg’s finally arrive only to open the box and find out they put the color BURNT OLIVE inside the box. After waiting over 3 months for this shoe that we specifically ordered… checked the order confirmation multiple times to make sure it was antelope and it sure was. They put burnt olive in hoping I wouldn’t notice. The only reason I caught it was because I wanted that antelope color specifically that’s the only reason I even picked this shoe. I compared it several times to the ones I actually wanted and ordered and I’m 100% sure it’s the burnt olive and not antelope. So we call and get told those shoes are no longer available after waiting 3 months for them to send the wrong color and say all they can do is return them and give me the money back. Total BS and if they were out of that color to begin with why try and play it off by putting another color in the box hoping I wouldn’t realize instead of sending a message and giving a refund. I’ve bought from Ugg many many times before and this is really just makes me dislike this company after all the shoes I bought from them. I mean cmon we’ve waited 3 months how could you put the wrong color in the box.

Awful Avoid never again!
Return not refunded in over a week. Customer service is rubbish just waited in a call queue 4 times for 15mins then you get cut off. I want my refund. Will not order from UGG ever again!
